Our service charge is $69.95, which covers the visit from our technician, a comprehensive diagnosis of the issue, and the provision of a written estimate. If you choose to proceed with the repairs based on the provided estimate, the service charge is waived, and you'll only be responsible for the repair costs.
Is there a "service charge" with your company?
You'll only be charged for the service visit if, after an assessment by our technician, it is determined that your appliance cannot be repaired at a reasonable cost.
Can I expect my appliance to be repaired today?

We offer a focused "2 to 3-hour window," which can be adjusted based on our daily workload. Additionally, if you wish, we provide a "call ahead" service to notify you when the technician is en route. We can also make special arrangements for those who may have difficulty leaving their homes, such as shut-ins or individuals with disabilities, and we accommodate after-hour or weekend service calls as well.
